Introduction

Anand Prasad is a corporate/commercial lawyer with more than three decades of experience representing both domestic and international clients on a variety of legal and commercial issues.

Anand was a co-founder of Trilegal, one of India’s leading full-service law firms and served on the firm’s management committee from 2012 until 2016. Anand returned to full-time private practice in 2019 along with former colleagues and established AP & Partners with the objective of providing strategic support and delivering high-quality, focused advocacy to businesses faced with complex and challenging situations.

Anand represents clients in arbitrations and in various courts and tribunals in matters pertaining to high-value disputes which arise in relation to cross-border investments, bankruptcy, corporate fraud and corruption. Anand has been cited in independent legal directories such as Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners as a market leader for corporate and commercial laws in India for well over a decade.
