Introduction
Having founded Dua Associates over 30 years ago, Mr Dua is currently chairman of the firm, which has offices in eight cities across India. His responsibilities include providing strategic advice and direction to the nearly 300 professionals of the firm for its further growth and development, including providing a long-term vision.
Mr Dua sits on the boards of Indian companies, including Indian subsidiaries of many multinational corporations. He is also chairman of the Board of Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care and an independent director on the same board. He is one of the senior vice presidents of the Society of Indian Law Firms (SILF).
Over the last two decades Mr Dua has been the recipient of several awards as a Leading Lawyer in M&A and corporate restructuring. Early in 2020, CR Dua received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award for Outstanding Contribution and Excellence in the field of Law.
