Introduction

Moksha is a co-founding partner of AP & Partners, Advocates.

Moksha regularly acts on a broad range of corporate transactions with a focus on M&A, private equity and joint ventures. He advises blue-chip corporations as well as emerging companies, their venture capital and private equity investors as well as senior management on various issues from formation to liquidity. Moksha also frequently advises foreign companies on all aspects of setting up and running their businesses in India.

On the disputes side, Moksha advises on corporate disputes including those arising from the failure of joint ventures, claims arising out of insolvency of corporate entities and fraud claims.

Moksha is qualified to practice in India and New York. He is an alumnus of the Georgetown University Law Centre and the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata.
