Introduction

SSEK senior associate Greita Anggraeni has significant experience working with large domestic firms and multinationals, including Fortune 500 and Forbes Global companies, on high-profile and complex projects and transactions in Indonesia.

Greita was the lead associate for a global cryptocurrency exchange operator acquiring an Indonesian crypto assets trading company. She was the lead associate for a luxury boutique hotel group in its acquisition of a resort hotel in Bali, the client’s first foray into Southeast Asia.

She is a frequent speaker at events on the Indonesian legal sector and investing and doing business in the country. Her recent engagements include as a featured speaker at an American Chamber of Commerce event on investing in Indonesia.

Greita was named a 2021 NeXGen Lawyer by leading Indonesian legal information provider Hukumonline.

She earned her bachelor of laws in 2016 from the University of Indonesia and will pursue her LLM from Harvard Law School beginning this fall.
