Introduction
Duong Minh is the managing partner of Asia Counsel Vietnam Law Company. He graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Laws (honours). Duong is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and the High Court of Australia, and is registered to practice in Vietnam by the Ministry of Justice.
He has more than 15 years of experience working in Vietnam. Duong previously worked as a lawyer for Allens Linklaters in Ho Chi Minh City for more than eight years. His practice areas include corporate and commercial, M&A, banking and finance, employment, TMT and real estate development.
He is active in healthcare, life sciences, financial services, manufacturing and renewable energy projects.
