As with any frontier market, investing and operating in the rapidly evolving Myanmar business environment demands access to superior local business knowledge, regulatory insight, and a combination of local and international legal expertise. Livingstons Legal is an independent corporate legal practice founded and based in Yangon. Our team comprises both highly experienced international lawyers and local lawyers with Myanmar language skills and expertise in navigating local regulatory frameworks – allowing us to offer a broad service commercial capability across industries.

Our senior lawyers have significant top-tier private practice and in-house experience, which gives the firm a valuable commercial and practical perspective on providing legal services to both foreign and domestic businesses. We differentiate ourselves through this combination of private practice and in-house experience, deep understanding of the local business environment, and international professionalism and integrity.
