Our services

We at Lincoln Myanmar have assisted a large number of foreign investors as well as local companies wishing to take in foreign capital.

We pride ourselves in offering result-oriented work, high dependability and a fast response time. Nevertheless, our prices are significantly lower than those of many competitors due to efficient management and a small overhead.

In addition to legal advice, our team of local and foreign lawyers and accountants provides the full range of compliance services such as company secretary services, payroll, accounting and tax filing.

Highlights of our work from the past 12 months include: Obtaining an investment permit for a wholesale cash & carry; assisting a general trading house with setting up its LPG business in Myanmar; assisting the government with the drafting of a cyber law; collection of a large debt; assistance with negotiating a power purchase agreement; legal and tax advice for the developer of an industrial zone; legal and tax advice for the developer of a solar farm; litigation for foreign airlines and foreign insurance companies; acting for a foreign investment fund setting up a hotel; advising the developer of Yangon’s biggest real estate project on regulatory matters; obtaining alcohol licences for various F&B outlets; obtaining MIC endorsements for various factories; assisting a local developer with its application for a condominium construction permit under the new Condominium Rules; and advising several pharmaceutical companies on regulatory matters
