In Cambodia, the term “firm” and the trade name VDB Loi refer collectively to the Cambodian entities of VDB Loi Limited (tax and accounting services) and PYT & Associates (legal services). These entities are properly licensed to carry out the respective tax, accounting and legal services as required under the laws of Cambodia.

With more than 30 foreign and local lawyers and tax advisers, we are a leading firm in Cambodia. All of the partners in the Cambodia practice have several years of experience on the ground in the country with major firms, many having held partnership positions in global or regional professional firms before joining VDB Loi.
