Introduction
Senior partner Anh Dang has been a partner at VILAF since 2004 and was the managing partner of VILAF Hanoi from 2015 to Jan 2021.

In M&A, Anh recently advised Cinven Discovery Purchaser Corporation in relation to its USD2.6B billion acquisition of Bayer Environmental Science Professional business and SKC in its acquisition of 45% stake in semiconductor test maker ISC with the value of USD400 million.
In infrastructure and energy, Anh’s remarkable deals include Vinh Tan 1 BOT Project (IFLR and ALB’s Project Finance Deal of the Year 2016), Na Duong II Thermal Power Plant, Phu My 3 BOT Project, Kien Luong 1 BOO Project, Ngoi Phat Hydropower Plant, Ban Phuc Nickel Mining Financing and other renewable projects developed by GE, J-Power, EDF Renouvelables, Toyota Tsusho Corporation, Tokyo Gas, Shizen Energy, Trina Solar, etc.
Anh has been awarded by IFLR1000 as a leading lawyer for finance & corporate and for energy & infrastructure since 2014. AsiaLaw regarded Anh as a leading lawyer for corporate/M&A from 2014 to 2017, a market-leading lawyer in 2018 and an elite practitioner since 2019.
