Introduction

Bunnasomboon Chaiparinya (also known as Aaron) is a partner at JTJB International Lawyers Bangkok. Prior to commencing a career in JTJB, Chaiparinya practised in the corporate department of international law firms in Thailand and Australia. Chaiparinya has substantial experience advising on numerous high-profile M&A in both domestic and international cases. Chaiparinya attended Thammasat University, and upon graduation with second-class honours in law, Chaiparinya successfully pursued two master’s degrees in accounting and business administration from one of the top ranked universities in Australia.

Chaiparinya was also selected by several business organisations (eg, Enterprise Singapore and Asia Business Connect) to provide legal update and knowledge to the entrepreneurs and in-house counsel of the well-known companies in Thailand and Singapore.
