Introduction

Ann Ng is head of Asia funds and investment management practice of of Maples and Calder, the Maples Group’s law firm. Ann specialises in the formation, structuring and restructuring of all types of open and closed-end funds, including hedge funds, private equity and venture capital, real estate and infrastructure funds.

Ann has been in the investment funds team at the Maples Group for nearly 15 years and partner with the most high-profile hedge fund, venture capital and private equity managers in the region to advise them on all forms of traditional asset classes, as well as the most topical themes including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and Greater Bay Area initiatives in recent years. Her practice also involves advising a number of international family offices on their strategic investments.
