Introduction

Denny Rahmansyah joined SSEK Law Firm in 2001 and has been deeply involved in numerous transactions related to cross-border M&A, cross-border debt restructurings, banking and finance companies, forestry, plantations, TMT (including fintech, e-commerce, data protection and data privacy), private power, and infrastructure projects.

He is also experienced in oil and gas, mining, real estate and property (including hotels and villas), compliance (anti-corruption and anti-bribery), foreign investment, and general commercial and corporate law.

Denny is named by Asialaw, Chambers & Partners, IFLR1000, and The Legal 500 as a leading lawyer in Indonesia for corporate law and M&A, and real estate. Each year from 2018 to 2021, he was a finalist for Managing Partner of the Year at the Asian Legal Business Indonesia Law Awards. This is his second year on Asia Business Law Journal’s A-List of Indonesia’s Top 100 Lawyers.

Denny is a member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association, Association of Indonesian Legal Consultants, and Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi).
