Introduction
Rizki Dwianda Rildo began his legal career in 2011 and co-founded Karna Partnership in 2020. His areas of focus include capital markets transactions and compliance, startup and fintech-related licensing and transactions, general corporate matters and acquisitions.
In his decade-long career, Rizki has acted for clients on various issues. This year, he has been advising foreign and local investors in acquiring financial services and securities companies in Indonesia. He advised a state-owned company, engaged in general international and domestic trading, for its merger and post-merger process between the trading company (the surviving company) and a state-owned logistics company (the merging company). Last year, he represented the shareholders of a public manufacturing company, on the sale of shares and cooperation with an investor. And, he also gave share ownership restructuring advice for a controlling shareholder of a public company engaged in logistics business.
One of his clients, Hary Herdiyanto, a former CEO of financial advisory company Surya Fajar Capital, mentioned that “Rizki is reachable and responsive. He can translate and revamp complex legal wordings to easy-to-digest expressions when needed.”
Apart from giving legal advice to clients, Rizki also enjoys the opportunity to share his knowledge and experience in training and seminars. Our Southeast Asia workshop participants enjoyed Rizki’s sessions where he addressed the legal aspects of establishing business in Indonesia. He helps spreading the information on how to invest in Indonesia for start-ups outside Indonesia in the region”
