Introduction

Rowell Ilagan is a pioneering litigator who continues to rise in the ranks since commencing his law practice in 2011. Having been granted the distinction of cum laude at De La Salle University in Manila during his undergraduate studies and lauded as the salutatorian at San Beda University College of Law, he now holds the position of managing partner at Gargantiel Ilagan and Atanante Law Office, while simultaneously imparting his knowledge as a law professor and pre-bar review lecturer, generously giving back to his alma mater.

Ilagan’s participation in numerous senate committees and investigations, and regular interviews in the media, are testament to his involvement in representing high-profile and intricate cases with great success. Boasting a breadth of expertise across various disciplines, he has garnered the admiration of both clients and peers within the legal profession due to his exceptional track record. Additionally, he holds prominent leadership and fiduciary roles in several Philippine companies, where his legal and organisational management proficiency, as well as his innovative and dynamic energy, make him highly sought after.

Currently, he serves as the public relations officer of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Quezon City and is in his second term as deputy director of the Commission on Bar Discipline.
