Introduction

Regina Jacinto-Barrientos is a founding partner and CEO of PJS Law, a full-service law firm in the Philippines. She heads the firm’s corporate and commercial and family office practice groups, and is an expert in handling M&A, corporate, private equity, technology, energy, and infrastructure transactions.

Jacinto-Barrientos also acts as CEO of UNAWA, an inclusive startup company that uses digital solutions to impact doing business with environmental, social and governance (ESG) contributions.

To date, she has received the Woman Lawyer of the Year and Managing Partner of the Year awards in 2017 and 2018, respectively, and is consistently cited for her exceptional work by Chambers & Partners Global and Asia-Pacific, Legal500, and AsiaLaw Profiles.

Through her exceptional leadership, the firm combined with Dentons, the world’s largest global law firm, solidifying PJS’ position as a key player in and beyond the Philippines and the ASEAN region.
