Introduction

Jude Ocampo specialises in M&A, corporate law and tax. He earned his LLM from Harvard University as a Landon H Gammon Fellow for Academic Excellence, and his MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill as a Kenan-Flagler Fellow. Jude received his LLB from the University of the Philippines College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Ateneo de Manila. He has assisted a number of global and Asean multinationals in multi-jurisdictional reorganisations and has advised many clients on complex M&A.
