DANG Thanh Son

Introduction

DANG Thanh Son is the co-founder and managing partner of DNA Vietnam, a law firm specialising in M&A, corporate services and TMT. With more than two decades of legal and business experience, he provides strategic advice on complex, high-value transactions. Before founding DNA, he was a partner at a global law firm, overseeing ITC, M&A and banking and finance matters. He also previously acted as general counsel for a telecom group operating across Africa, Asia and South America.

Recognised as a leading tech lawyer in Vietnam, he advises some of the world’s top technology companies on market entry, compliance and regulatory matters. He also has significant experience in M&A, cross-border financing, joint ventures and corporate restructuring for both Fortune 500 and major domestic clients.

He has an LLM from William S. Richardson School of Law, an LLB from Hanoi University of Law and is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association.
