Jackson Shuai-Sheng Huang

Introduction

Jackson Shuai-Sheng Huang, Formosa Transnational partner, specialises in cross-border litigation, international arbitration, international trade, corporate and financial regulations, M&A and antitrust laws.

Huang is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Taipei Bar Association, and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is well connected and has been appointed to key positions at various prominent business associations in Taiwan, such as member of the legal advisory committee of  the Chinese National Association of Industry and Commerce, Taiwan, member of the financial and tax advisory committee of the Chinese National Federation of Industries, and member of the International Economic Relationships Committee, General Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of China.

Huang is qualified in Taiwan and New York State, and holds two LLM degrees, one from the London School of Economics and the other from Columbia University School of Law.
