Amy Chin

Introduction

Amy Chin’s practice is focused on cross-border capital markets and M&A. She represents various listed companies and global funds in their cross-border transactions.

Between 2005 and 2006, Chin served as the first-term commissioner of the Taiwan Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC), which is the single financial regulator that supervises banking, insurance and securities industries in Taiwan. When she was with the FSC, Chin led the legal reform for consolidation of financial institutions.
