Introduction
Li-Pu Lee is a partner at Formosan Brothers and a registered arbitrator with the Chinese Arbitration Association in Taipei. Having obtained his LLM and JD degrees from Washington University School of Law in St Louis (US), Lee received a comprehensive legal education in both the US and Taiwan. He possesses profound legal knowledge in both the common and civil law systems. Additionally, Lee is admitted to the New York State bar, enabling him to provide efficient services to international clients.
Lee has extensive experience in various fields, including real estate, M&A, finance, cross-border transactions, corporate governance, emerging technologies, litigation and arbitration. He has represented many domestic and foreign-listed companies, Fortune 500 enterprises, and multinational businesses in litigation, arbitration and non-dispute cases.
