  1. Reviewing and reorganising Taiwan’s Power Grid Code in response to energy transition policies;
  2. Advising on Green Energy Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (CPPA); and
  3. Assisting Taiwan Power Company (TPC) in implementing emerging demand response mechanisms and grid-scale energy storage applications.

Her industry recognition includes being named a next generation partner in data protection and TMT by the Legal 500 Asia-Pacific, as well as receiving the outstanding alumnus award from Fu Jen Catholic University School of Law.

Tsai is a licensed attorney and Taiwan certified personal data protection manager. She is also an ISO27001:2022 lead auditor and a certified verifier for ISO14001, ISO14064-1, ISO14064-2, and ISO14067 standards.

She holds an executive MBA from National Chiao Tung University, an MBA in cultural creativity, technology & information innovation from National Chengchi University, an LLM in financial and economic law from Fu Jen Catholic University, and an LLB from National Taiwan University.
