Introduction
Chien-Ting Yeh joined Chien Yeh Law Offices in 2005 and became partner-in-charge of the firm in 2015. His main areas of practice range from litigations, banking, securities exchange law, insurance law, corporate, and labour and employment. He has more than two decades of legal practice experience and has advised clients from various industry sectors. His clients include listed companies, banks, non-life insurers and e-commerce companies. Yeh not only is known for his expertise in advising from a comprehensive and macroscopic view, but also for his commitment to details in carrying out his role.
He serves as arbitrator and mediator of labour-management disputes for the Taipei City government, and currently holds membership both in the labour dispute arbitration committee and in the labour dispute mediation committee of the Taipei City government. He is also a member of the labour law committee for the Taiwan Bar Association and is elected as a deputy executive member in the securities and mergers & acquisitions committee for the Taiwan Bar Association. With a growing need in estate planning, it is worth noting that he is also a qualified family trust planning consultant.
Yeh is recognised as a leading individual/partner in banking and finance (Taiwan) by the Legal 500 Asia-Pacific Guides in 2022, 2023 and 2024. He was also listed in Asia Business Law Journal’s Taiwan’s Top 100 lawyers in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
