Ira EDDYMURTHY

Introduction

Ira A Eddymurthy is a founding partner of SSEK and has more than three decades of experience advising multinationals and domestic companies on Indonesia’s complex regulatory environment. She specialises in corporate law and M&A, capital markets, banking and finance, including project finance, and insurance law.

Eddymurthy is named to The Legal 500 Hall of Fame for banking and finance for her years of continued excellence and praise from clients and colleagues. She is recognized by Asialaw, Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500 as a leading lawyer in Indonesia for corporate law and M&A. She was named to IFLR Asia Best Lawyers 2023.

Eddymurthy is on the standardisation board of the Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultant Association (HKHPM). She was admitted to the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) panel of arbitrators in 2022.

Eddymurthy earned an LLM in international corporate and commercial law from King’s College London.
