William Setiawan Palijama serves as the managing partner of William Hendrik & Siregar Djojonegoro, a respected Indonesian law firm. A graduate of the University of Indonesia’s faculty of law, Palijama has been a licensed advocate under PERADI since 1999.

Throughout his career, Palijama has developed expertise in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, bankruptcy & insolvency, and labour & employment. His clients range from individuals to national and multinational corporations across various industries, including oil and gas, power plants, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, plantations, aviation, and freight forwarding. Palijama has consistently demonstrated his ability to navigate complex disputes and find balanced, fair solutions, earning him a reputation as a trusted and steady presence in even the most sensitive legal matters.

One of Palijama’s notable contributions includes assisting a major power plant O&M company in developing a comprehensive whistle-blower system to strengthen internal compliance. Before co-founding the firm, he built his foundation at a leading international law firm in Jakarta and later served as a litigation partner at one of Indonesia’s top boutique firms.
