Her work frequently intersects with M&A in the energy and natural resources sectors, as well as advisory for both state-owned and regional-owned enterprises. Her close working relationships with government institutions, NGOs, and regulatory bodies have made her a valuable contributor to policy and regulation development in the power and renewables space.

Sastrawijaya has advised on transactions totalling more than 15,000 MW of generation capacity, specialising in complex project documentation, including power purchase agreements (PPAs), EPC and O&M contracts, and fuel supply agreements. She led the financial closing of the 145 MWac Cirata Floating Solar Project, the largest project financing in Indonesia, marking a significant milestone in Indonesia’s renewable energy sector. In the infrastructure space, she advised on the IDR 1 trillion Makassar–Parepare railway PPP, Indonesia’s first-ever railway public-private partnership, which will enhance transportation infrastructure and economic growth in Sulawesi. Her expertise extends to the financing of Labuan Bajo’s integrated tourism complex, a key development aimed at boosting tourism in the UNESCO-listed region of Flores. Sastrawijaya also played a vital role in the development of Sanur SEZ, Indonesia’s first health tourism-focused special economic zone, which will position the country as a leader in medical tourism in Southeast Asia.

In addition to her legal work, Sastrawijaya is also active in several key organisations that regularly contribute to government efforts in shaping renewable energy regulations. She serves as the member of the Board of Experts at the Indonesian Electricity Society (MKI), which plays a critical role in the development and advocacy of electricity policy in Indonesia. She is also active in several key industry organisations, including Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN), the Indonesian Renewable Energy Society (METI), which promotes the use of renewable energy, the Indonesian Solar Energy Association (AESI), which focuses on the advancement of solar energy, and the Association of Carbon Emission Experts Indonesia (ACEXI), which represents professionals in carbon sector.
