Introduction
Iwan Nurjadin is one of the founding partners of Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners and currently holds the position of managing partner. He has nearly twenty years of experience in handling complex aviation-related transactions. He has prominent expertise in advising high-profile foreign clients on international and cross-border transactions in the aviation industry, such as aircraft financing, airline business start-ups and restructuring. He also has a profound knowledge of airport management and its related businesses, among others airline catering services and logistics.
He has represented a global aircraft leasing company in connection with the purchase of and leasing of aircrafts to Indonesian airlines. He also has assisted various Indonesian airlines/operators as well as financial institution. Furthermore, He has advised on fleet modernisation, corporate restructuring, and financing for airline in Indonesia. Beyond aviation, Nurjadin has built a strong reputation in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and general corporate law, advising clients on complex transactions that span multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks. His expertise includes advising clients in diverse sectors among others, mining and energy sector and transportation sector, where he handled not only share acquisitions but also intricate debt debt-to-equity conversions.
Nurjadin’s expertise and accomplishments have earned him wide industry recognition.
