Introduction

Md. Abdullah Al Masud is a distinguished Advocate at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh with more than a decade of experience, serving as the head of dispute resolution at Equity Law House. As an internationally certified arbitrator and mediator, he is a strategic adviser specialising in foreign direct investment (FDI), intellectual property, and complex commercial litigation.

As a legal practitioner, he serves as a dedicated panel lawyer and legal adviser for prominent institutional and corporate entities, including Agrani Bank, Chittagong Port Authority, Noakhali Science and Technology University, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Thai Airways, and AkijBashir Group.
