Introduction

Tanjib-ul Alam is a leading corporate law expert in Bangladesh with extensive experience in banking, project finance, telecommunications and foreign investment advisory. He has played a key role in drafting landmark legislations, including the new Companies Act (as lead consultant of the Interntational Finance Corporation), the Telecommunication Act, the ICT Act, and the Energy Regulatory Commission Act.
