Introduction

Rich Lin has more than 28 years of extensive experience in M&A, capital markets, taxation and litigation. He has advised on many of the most landmark cases in Taiwan’s history such as the mergers of United Microelectronic Corp, Far EasTone, Taipei Fubon Bank, Mega International Bank, and RT-MART with Auchan, covering technology, telecommunication and financial sectors.

As a founder, Lin has led LCS & Partners to become one of the largest law firms in Taiwan. He frequently represents high-profile individuals and eminent family offices in tax planning and a wide range of securities transactions and investments. He is a key contributor to the Economic Daily News (run by the United Daily News Group) and Tax Journal Magazine.

He is ranked as a Highly Regarded lawyer in the areas of M&A and capital markets and has been listed in Asia Business Law Journal’s Taiwan’s Top 100 Lawyers.
