Introduction

Ruel Soriano is the managing partner and a supervising attorney in the corporate group and the tax group. His practice revolves around M&A, corporate and project financing and securities offerings. He likewise provides tax planning and structuring advice for various clients.

Soriano has extensive legal knowledge in the fields of taxation, corporate law, telecommunications, and oil and energy. He has guided foreign clients in navigating the Philippine regulatory environment with respect to their investment plans in the Philippines. He also serves as counsel and an officer in companies in the digital banking and fintech industries.

He concurrently serves as a co-chief compliance and risk management officer for operations of the Transnational Diversified Group.
