Introduction
Manuel Manaligod has been in the practice of law for more than three decades. He continues to spearhead various practice groups, including infrastructure and developmental projects, as well as government contracts and procurement.
He is an authority on public-private partnership and similar arrangements. He is an expert in business and commercial law, including corporate structuring and governance, project finance, public utilities and administrative law. He serves as a legal consultant to various projects under the auspices of international multilateral agencies.
Manaligod earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 1991, and his Master of Laws degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1997, graduating with merit.
