John Philip SIAO

Introduction

John Philip Siao is a seasoned lawyer with more than 20 years of experience. He is a founder and currently co-managing partner of Tiongco Siao Bello & Associates Law Offices.

Siao has led the firm’s teams in various key projects and specialises in corporate and commercial law, M&A, e-commerce, fintech, TMT, banking and finance, dispute resolution and arbitration, and labour law.

He is also one of only a select number of arbitrators of the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission resolving disputes as part of the arbitral tribunal.

Siao has been recognised as one of Asia’s Super 50 TMT Lawyers by Asian Legal Business, is a Recommended Lawyer by Legal 500, and his firm has consistently been named as a Leading Firm by the same Legal 500.
