Nick Emmanuel VILLALUZ

Introduction

Nick Emmanuel C Villaluz has been a senior partner of the Poblador Bautista & Reyes Law Offices since January 2011 and has been with the firm since its founding in October 1994. He is also the firm’s data privacy officer.

He graduated from the University of the Philippines with the degrees of bachelor of laws in 1992 (Dean’s Medal), and BS economics in 1988 (Dean’s Medal). He earned his master’s degree in international economic law from the University of Michigan in 1997.

Villaluz represents companies in the energy, petroleum, broadcasting, telecommunications, real estate, pharmaceutical, aviation, mining and manufacturing industries in trials and appeals in the courts and administrative agencies, involving complex issues of fact and law. He also represents clients in criminal cases before the Department of Justice, Office of the Ombudsman, courts and Sandiganbayan.

He has been cited as a key practitioner for dispute resolution, TMT, and iIP
