David LIM

Introduction

David Lim is a founding partner of Teng Sheng & Fatima (TSF Law), a corporate commercial law firm recognised for its focus on mergers and acquisitions, regulatory advisory, and complex cross-border transactions.

His practice spans the full spectrum of corporate and commercial work, with strengths in M&A, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, digital assets and renewable energy.
