Dyah advised a global provider of floating production services to the oil and gas industry in a US$870 million lease deal. She has assisted a European multinational in navigating foreign ownership restrictions under Indonesia’s shipping law and advised an Australian dredging marine company on the importation and reflagging of dredgers. Dyah’s other projects include representing a leading Asia-based multinational property developer in a joint venture arrangement with an Indonesian real estate company to develop residential and commercial towers in Jakarta, with a total investment of more than US$425 million.

Ary Zulfikar was born on 16 February 1971 in Jakarta. He obtained his doctoral degree from Padjajaran University in 2019.
