Jude B Ocampo is a Philippine attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and tax. He leads a team of sixteen lawyers in Ocampo & Suralvo Law Offices. Jude previously held leadership positions in firms in the Philippines (KPMG), Central Asia (Deloitte) and Europe (E&Y). Until 2015, he was deputy head of regional tax of the international law firm, DFDL.
He holds a Master of Laws degree from Harvard University, where he was a Gammon Fellow for Academic Excellence. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree (finance and supply chain management) from UNC-Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is a graduate of and former professorial lecturer at the University of the Philippines College of Law.
