Introduction
Miriam Andreta has extensive knowledge in M&A, banking & finance, oil & gas, capital markets and anti-trust matters. She has 15 years of experience acting for foreign and domestic lenders in high-profile syndication financing to Indonesian companies and representing reputable foreign investors in upstream and downstream oil and gas projects and multinational companies in their investment in Indonesia.
She was among the shortlisted in the rising star awards (corporate and finance) by Women in Business Law 2021 and part of the Asia Business Law Journal’s A-List Indonesia’s Top 100 Lawyers for three consecutive years (2019-2021). She was also listed as ALB’s Rising Star Indonesia of 2019 and in Asian Legal Business’ “40 under 40” as an outstanding legal professional in Asia.
