Ignatius Andy

Ignatius Andy graduated cum laude in 1992 from Parahyangan Catholic University and started his legal career at Makarim & Taira S. He moved to Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners (HHP) (Baker McKenzie Jakarta) in 1996 and played a significant role in the establishment of HHP’s litigation practice group. He is listed as arbitrator at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and Indonesian Arbitration and Mediation Centre. He has just been appointed as an ICC World Council member.

In July 2004, he established Ignatius Andy Law Offices (IALO), which focuses its practice on anti-trust issues, dispute resolutions, debt restructuring and corporate and commercial matters. Ignatius is listed in Indonesia’s Top 100 Lawyers and IALO have received various reputable awards among others from Asialaw Leading Lawyers, Chambers Asia-Pacific and Corporate INTL. Some reputable clients are Citibank, Coca-Cola, Carrefour, GlaxoSmithKline, Unilever, the World Bank, Prudential and Pfizer. He has also been acting as an expert witness in various international courts and arbitration proceedings.
