Anjana Jamalamadaka Potti has joined the Bengaluru office of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co as a partner in the infrastructure, energy and project finance practice.
Potti who comes with nearly two decades of experience specialises in infrastructure finance, financial products and structuring financial transactions. She has represented and advised banks, financial institutions, and has worked on funds, debt restructuring, distressed asset investments, asset acquisitions, business transfers, debenture issuance, settlements and corporate insolvency resolution.
Prior to SAM, Potti served as a partner at JSA, and as of counsel with the infrastructure and project finance team at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
She has also been a regular contributor to internal and external publications on infrastructure laws, debenture regimes and debt instruments.
