Introduction

Shuva Mandal has a career spanning more than two decades at some of India’s leading law firms and has also been the group general counsel of India’s largest global conglomerate – the Tata Group. Through the years, he has represented leading PE funds, MNCs and leading Indian conglomerates. In 2019, the Financial Times, London, rated Shuva among the Top 20 Global General Counsels – the first Indian GC on the list and he holds a continued presence in IBLJ’s A-List in the past four years.
