Rajesh Narain Gupta

Introduction

Rajesh Narain Gupta has been a practising lawyer for more than three decades. He is the managing partner of SNG & Partners, Advocates & Solicitors, a full-service law firm with offices in Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru and Singapore. His areas of specialisation include banking and financial services, commercial law, real estate, ESG and private client practice. He is an adviser to a number of foreign and Indian banks, financial institutions, corporate and industrial houses and real estate players. Rajesh has authored and edited several books on banking law and regularly contributes to leading papers and journals. He sits on the boards of listed and unlisted companies as an independent director; and is also a member of advisory boards of some corporate houses, alternate investment funds and NGOs. He regularly advises well-known families and UHNIs on issues related to estate and succession planning.
