Ashish Suman’s key focus area is infrastructure specialty contracts as well as public procurement and public-private partnership with a focus on construction, transportation and energy.
His practices areas are in projects with a focus on the infrastructure sector including rail, road, highways and transport. Ashish has a broad legal background of more than 15 years of post-qualification experience in infrastructure and transportation as well as M&A. In the M&A sector, he has advised on the acquisition of projects involving roads, solar and wind power, and foreign direct investment and general corporate commercial matters. He has extensively worked on projects relating to domestic and international road and highway projects, and has advised on framework agreements for expressways, EPC, operation and maintenance contracts and joint ventures in roads.
