Introduction

Abhimanyu Bhattacharya is a partner in the capital markets team at Khaitan & Co, based in the Mumbai office. His expertise lies in advising clients on a wide range of capital markets transactions such as initial public offerings (IPOs); qualified institutional placements; InvITs/REITs; rights issues; GDRs/ADRs; issuance and restructuring of FCCBs; and the issuance of high-yield notes.
