Introduction

Fahrul S Yusuf is a partner/principal at EY Law Indonesia, specialising in corporate and commercial matters, corporate restructuring, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises leading Indonesian and multinational clients on high-value transactions, strategic reorganisations, investment structures, and complex regulatory issues across diverse industries.

Before joining EY Law, Yusuf developed a strong corporate practice at a top-tier Indonesian law firm, where he represented prominent clients in major domestic and cross- border matters. As a pioneer of the law practice within EY Indonesia, he played a key role in establishing and expanding the firm’s legal service capabilities, integrating multidisciplinary expertise into seamless client solutions. His combined private practice and Big Four experience enables him to deliver commercially practical, execution-focused legal solutions.

Yusuf is a financial sector lawyer registered with the OJK and serves as a member of the standardisation committee of the HKHSK, contributing to governance and regulatory advancement in the financial industry.
