Introduction

Ira A Eddymurthy is a founding partner of SSEK Law Firm and a highly respected figure in Indonesia’s legal landscape, with more than 35 years of experience advising multinationals, financial institutions and leading domestic companies. Her practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, capital markets, project finance, and insurance.

Eddymurthy serves on the Honorary Council of the Indonesian Financial Sector Legal Consultants Association (HKHSK) and has been an arbitrator at the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) since 2022. Her deep ties with government and regulatory bodies provide clients with valuable insight into Indonesia’s evolving legal and business environment.
