The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) will host the 2026 ACC Asia-Pacific Annual Conference on 21–22 May at the Westin Hotel in Singapore, bringing together in-house counsel from across the region.
In partnership with Lexology, the two-day event takes place against a backdrop of heightened geopolitical risk, regulatory change and AI adoption. It is designed to equip in-house teams with practical tools to support business growth while managing increasingly complex compliance obligations.
This year’s advisory board comprises senior in-house leaders, including Kat Kukreja, president of ACC Hong Kong; Keerthi Pathiraja, assistant director, legal and regulatory affairs at Nestlé Sri Lanka; David Sullivan, legal and corporate affairs director, APAC at Infront Sports & Media; Luv Tanwani, senior general manager, legal, at Cummins India; and Nathalia Lossovska, president of ACC Singapore.
Sessions will address some of the most pressing issues today, including cross-border contracting and risk translation, AI governance and board advisory, cybersecurity drafting pitfalls and global sanctions and export controls.
The programme also features the In-House AI Lab, offering hands-on exploration of real-world generative AI applications for APAC legal teams.
Other highlights include discussions on scaling teams and the opportunities for in-house leaders to exchange perspectives, share best practices and strengthen their professional networks.
