Introduction

CR Dua is the founder and chairman of Dua Associates, a leading Indian law firm he established nearly four decades ago. He guides a team of 250 professionals and 75 partners across eight offices, shaping the firm’s strategic direction, institutional ethos, and global outlook. He has been instrumental in advising major multinational corporations on their entry into India, including GE, GM, AT&T, Boeing, 3M, Estee Lauder, Rio Tinto, and DuPont, among others.
