NGUYEN ANH Tuan

Introduction

NGUYEN ANH Tuan is a co-founder and managing partner of Bizconsult Law Firm, and is widely regarded as a trusted deal counsel and investment architect for foreign investors doing business in Vietnam. With more than 35 years of experience in advising on foreign investment and cross-border transactions since 1989, he has played a pivotal role in structuring, negotiating and executing complex investment transactions across a broad range of regulated sectors.

His practice centres on investment architecture and transaction structuring, with a strong focus on M&A, foreign direct investment, franchising and commercial expansion, real estate transactions, and intellectual property protection. Nguyen advises multinational corporations, foreign-invested enterprises, private equity funds, financial institutions, and strategic investors on market entry strategies, acquisition and divestment structures, control and governance mechanisms, regulatory approvals, and post-closing risk management.

NGUYEN is particularly valued for his ability to translate Vietnam’s regulatory constraints into workable, bankable and enforceable deal structures. He regularly designs solutions to address ownership limitations, foreign investment conditions, licensing risks, IP protection, and long-term control, enabling investors to achieve commercial objectives while remaining fully compliant with Vietnamese law.
