LUU Vinh

Introduction

LUU Vinh is the founder of Asia Legal. With nearly 20 years of experience in business law practice in Vietnam, Luu has extensive expertise advising foreign clients in international and cross-border transactions such as foreign investment, corporate & commercial transactions, private equity, cross-border M&A, property & construction and alternative dispute resolution.

He is currently the head of the firm’s international arbitration practice. Luu is a fellow of the CIArb, SIArb and ACICA, and an arbitrator at the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, Dubai International Arbitration Centre, and Beihai Arbitration Commission. He is an accredited mediator at the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (UK) and the Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Centre, (Vietnam). Luu is also a visiting lecturer at the Judicial Academy of Vietnam, a body established under the Ministry of Justice to provide professional training for judges, lawyers, bailiffs, notaries, and other officials in Vietnam.

Luu is a speaker at numerous conferences and seminars both in Vietnam and abroad on foreign investment, cross-border M&A, private equity, corporate transactions, property & construction and alternative dispute resolution.
