Introduction

LE Hong Phong is an equity partner at Bizconsult Law Firm, bringing more than 23 years of experience advising on complex corporate, investment and transactional matters in Vietnam.

His practice focuses on inbound and outbound investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions, banking and project finance, corporate restructuring, real estate and hospitality, tax, insurance and renewable energy. He is widely recognised for his ability to handle high-value, multi-jurisdictional transactions and regulatory-driven projects involving sophisticated international stakeholders.
